Cars rumble down highway 101 and past WalMart and Home Depot. Just across this noisy corridor is a quieter family farm that is rich in  a  56  year old tradition of sustainability and local agriculture.

Welcome to Olufs Ranches which started as a dairy farm but has become a diversified farming operation.

Join us October 1-31, 2010 at our Pumpkin Stand. Our roadside stand sells sweet corn and next year  strawberries will be added.

Ranchers may want to find out more about our Land Management. Vineyard owners can learn about our Bird Netting Operation and equipment rentals.

Be sure to check out our Meat Buying Club. "My cattle are bred, born and butchered right here" per Rick Olufs who runs the family ranch near Windsor. "It's the kind of meat production system that many consumers want today because it minimizes the carbon foot print. The cattle stay right here and aren't shipped back and forth across the country from ranch to feed lot to slaughterhouse."
